I have ordered a lot of products online, especially during this pandemic we have all found ourselves in. I ordered this for 2-3 day delivery and when it didn’t arrive on the 3rd day, due to Fedex having so many packages to deal with during this pandemic, I was able to get in contact with many helpful employees as well as in contact with the owners themselves! They were willing to do anything to keep me happy and make sure that I was taken care of and as much as I love my Dr. Dabber Switch, I actually enjoyed the experience with the company, and how they handled my complaint against Fedex. And it only took one extra day for my package to arrive which I was very grateful for. Thank you to November and team for everything!! Also, yes, I think the Switch is TOTALLY worth the purchase. I use it throughout my day and even though some people may say it isn’t quite as portable as they had hoped it would be, I find it pretty easy to bring with me. I use it at least 5 different times a day and have to say it’s making my sessions last longer, at least when I dab alone, and making my product last longer in general since it’s not all being scorched by a torch. I love my Switch and will be purchasing some extras for it here soon! Thank you again!

I ordered the Switch bundle with the upgraded perc, quartz bowl, bubble carb cap, large honey mat, and budder cutter. I love the switch so much, but when the pacakge arrived, all I received was the switch unit itself. Took about 10 days of emailing back and forth wi/ weedipedia and it was further complicated by the products not coming direct from weedipedia but from the dr. dabber warehouse so some of the holdup wasn’t weedipedia’s fault. I had some issues with weedipedia’s customer service not responding to my emails at first but got in touch with a supervisor and he got the correspondence much improved. It still took a bit before it shipped but it did eventually. As much as I loved the Switch on its own, some of the bundle components vastly improved it! The quartz bowl works great for concentrates and flowers both. Kinda a nuisance to keep the quartz bowl clean though, concentrates really build up on the walls and bottom, even with cleaning it out after each bowl. Usually have to bust out my leatherman to scrape off the residue, but flowers are super easy to clean the bowl with and don’t leave any real residue. But the quartz bowl is a huge improvement over the stock bowls. The upgraded perc is definitely amazing too, i tried the upgraded perc with the stock bowls and it definitely made a significant difference! However, the rest of the bundle isn’t so useful… I’ve never had concentrates that i need to cut up with a heated tool so the budder cutter is kinda pointless. The bubble carb cap I’m fully baffled by… The stock carb cap has a rubber gasket on it to form a tight seal on the unit. The bubble carb cap allows a ton of air flow even when its capping the top of the unit? I’m not sure exactly b/c i abandoned it after realizing it wasn’t actually sealing the unit so I’m not sure, but it seems like if air can flow in then vapor can flow out? Dunno for sure but I’m not using the bubble carb cap at all. The honey mat is really nice, but i have no use for such a thing really, and its massive so i don’t have room on my desk for it either. However, the price of the quartz bowl and the upgraded perc on their own plus the switch unit would’ve cost more than the extra cost of the bundle vs just the switch so I’m very happy with my purchase!
