Love the design, the ease of use, the color, the speed of heating up. Unfortunately, this is the second Pax that has failed me. The first one was a Pax 2 and after a little over a year it would be challenging to turn it on/off due to the switch malfunctioning- it would not turn on unless the casing was heated up with hot air for a minute or 2. Then I finally couldn’t turn it on anymore and thought about other makers to try, but went with the Pax 3 hoping for improvements. The new Pax 3 was great. The heating chamber was much quicker to heat and there was haptics that told you when things were ready. Unfortunately after 2 months, it stopped charging and no troubleshooting from the Great Staff at Planet of the Vapes could resolve the issue. Waiting for a response from Pax now…BUMMER!
