The top part melts they last maybe a month.

worked great for the first 2weeks since then the herb isn’t being fully vaporized even at the highest temp settings, tried cleaning the filters and mouthpiece only using when fully charged still not enough. Waste of 100 bucks

While it lasted, it was great. Mouthpiece never clogged and was very very easy to clean, packing it was very easy and removing spent herb usually was a matter of a few taps. However, during use a few days ago it just shut off and is unresponsive. I received this email asking for a review before I received a response to my support ticket, so this is where I am at. If possible I will update my review with how this case is handled. I have faith in the customer support as in the past they have been very helpful. Before buying, do research on the longevity of the product. I wish I had, but some things just can’t be assumed even for a 90 dollar price tag.
