I can’t say enough about how great Cali Connected is. They accidentally sent me the wrong part and when I called to ask about it, the service rep identified the issue after having me send her a picture and resolved it bye sending out the replacement part immediately and giving me a $25 credit. Seriously, these guys know how to treat their customers!

So this was really hard to use and I actually haven’t gotten it figured out yet. It would have helped to have instructions included. I feel like I’m missing a screen as it says that is included and I didn’t get one. All in all I’m not really a fan, and the weight was uncomfortable.
