Everything would have been fine, and a 5 star review, if what I ordered in the US from a place in the US would have shipped me a device with a charger that was made to be used in the US. Instead, I got a charger for the UK! So, after getting no response from customer service, I went out and bought a universal travel adapter set so the I could use it. Works great!

At first excellent…After just a few uses the battery doesn’t the unit doesn’t hold the charge for long..still a pretty good product.

Though this “portable” vaporizer is a bit bulky to fit in my pocket, it makes a great compliment to my trusty Arizer Extreme Q. Once I got the hang of loading the glass mouthpiece, it produces a good cloud of vapor that tastes great. Battery life is much better than my old Crafty, and this unit seems much more durable, too.
