The Argo was fresh and wonderful. I experienced some delays but all of it was due to earlier days of covid. Exceptional product and customer service made up for it by far.

so i purchased this over the fury edge solely because of the pass thru charging feature; which is said to be lacking on the fury edge. i wish i had done more research and possibly gone for the fury fierce or some other vape as this one’s benefits aren’t THAT great especially compared to one major issue/flaw- it’s battery life is trash. i essentially have to be plugged in/very close to an outlet every time i smoke. i’m not sure what’s been the main culprit: the battery or the connector cable or the connector socket in the device, hence me not want ingenious to hop on the ‘well i’ll just get more batteries’ train. why flush more $$ down the toilet without being certain if that’s really the issue? now i have to be very careful about how the cable is plugged into the device since it will only pick up a charge/signal if it’s in at a particular angle….. if you’re currently shopping look thoroughly into other options before pressing ‘buy’ on this. the smoke is alright. you have to wait some time for it to heat the herb and THEN pull in order to get a decent puff….overall meh. regrettable purchase.

My device take longer than the specifications say it will take to warm up……Sometimes, I will turn the device on and BEFORE it reaches the set temperature it cuts off. Another time the device might go from cold to set temperature and then cut off immediately BEFORE use. Other times, it cuts off during the session. (I set the “auto-shut off” to 15min).
