I think these are nicely made but have a few issues apparent to me within the first 24 hours. 1) button location is not great. Not always easy to operate. Not natural or ergonomic 2) The 2 clicks to change the voltage is terrible. It gets switched to different temps/voltage by accident too often in my pocket and burnt my cartridge. I like to leave it on (ready to press and puff as desired) in my coat pocket and pull it out and puff as I walk. This is never an issue with any other battery since I started vaping. This is my intended use. for these. 3 fast clicks would have been much better. 3) It needs a stand built into it to keep it in an upright position without holding it or much better yet move the button to where your logo is and make the bottom flat. Cartridges and concentrates are much better stored in the upright position not lying on its side with the contents flowing away from the coil. It’s a nice looking and feeling Item but has a lot of room for improvement.

I do t know what cartridge this is used for but it does not fit over 3 different types I tried. Not impressed and the company is not supportive of returns for bad marketing. I won’t be shopping here again.
