I recently ordered the AirVape OM Mini Vaporizer which was subsequently lost or misdelivered by FedEx. After long back and forth web chats with FedEx that went nowhere, I reached out to VaporNation to explain I never received my order. Denisse responded and voiced her concern and informed me that she would take care of it. Lo and behold four days later via USPS I received the replacement vaporizer. The vaporizer performs exactly how you would expect it to and looks great doing it. Exceptional customer service experience from Denisse and VaporNation. Two thumbs up and a happy repeat customer coming at you!

I like the Airvape but I do find it heavy in comparison to vape pens I have used. It performs quite well and is easy to use.
